Cobblestone Ridge showcases our planning and design of master planned communities. A part of this 240-acre project involved designing storm drain facilities and parks.

Discovery Hills was a project that encompassed all facets of civil engineering leading up to recording the final map so a client can begin to build. It included design of the 3+-acre park you see in the photo.

Our work at Brookspark Industrial Center involved survey, improvement plans and several studies, including a technical drainage study and hydraulic network analysis.

This photo shows work in progress on the storm drain excavation at the site of this luxury condominium complex on East Flamingo Road. Southwest Engineering designed a system of drainage openings and inlets to remove the 10-year and 100-year surface flow conditions where two major washes converge and convey the discharge underground without changing the existing upstream flow conditions.

This apartment complex required improvement plans; a zoning change; several studies, including a Technical Drainage Study and Hydraulic Network Analysis; as well as the processing of agreements and easements to secure the approval of the agencies involved.
